The food we eat has a direct affect on the health of our body. A healthy diet that is rich in fresh vegetables, fruit and lean meat can make us feel good, full of life and bursting with vitality. A poor diet can make us feel tired, grumpy and eventually lead to serious health complications. The following are 6 ways in which eating a poor diet can have a detrimental effect on your health and well being.
If you are hypermobile (very bendy or “double jointed”), think very carefully about engaging in contact sports. Your joints are more vulnerable to injury and your muscles less able to control their movements to keep them safe from damage. I know someone whose joints are so lax that dancing is a risky activity!
And if you’re a woman, please don’t be afraid of the heavier weights. Sure, they’re heavy (that’s the point, isn’t it?) but if you don’t give your muscles some work they can FEEL then you won’t be affecting any change whatsoever in your muscles. Unless you are rehabilitating from an injury, please get heavier than the little pink 3lb dumbbells you find in most Ladies Areas. Try to see your way clear to working out in the big weight room with the guys and the serious women.
Do your best to keep your work at work. Mixing work with home can not only put a lot of strain and stress on you, but it can to your family and relationships too. Try to give yourself a break when at home. If you work at home, keep it in your office or wherever it is that you work; don’t start bringing it to other areas of the home. Don’t be afraid of a break.
Water is essential for weight loss. Your body is working hard to convert fat into glucose and energy, and as your fat stores shrink, they emit toxins (many harmful substances like heavy metals are stored in fat.) These toxic substances can harm your home health aide classes if you don’t get rid of them: you need to flush your system with plenty of water.
In MLM, you may just get that commission if the person you talk to buys products from you, or joins that particular MLM business and buys products themselves or sells products to others. In fact if that person you talk to joins, and is keen to create as much extra income or full time income as possible you make even more. And if that person finds more people like themselves, and they join and do the same, your income grows as well.
