How many New Year’s resolutions have we made and lamented a few months later? The challenge is, and has always seemed to be, to get the goals to actually work.
The first step that we need to take to be on the path to being mentally fit is to make a commitment to put ourselves first, to identify our needs and to realize that we count. You will all connect at a heart level and you will start afresh with renewed hope and optimism for an even brighter happy new year 2019 with your loved ones. So take a weight off your shoulder and start seeing the gift of learning presented by those who challenge you.
Flush out toxins and stay hydrated and healthy. Having a healthy body is necessary in order to obtain a fit body. Keep your immune system strong and help your muscles rebuild themselves by giving your body proper nutrients. Take a Multivitamin, an Antioxidant, Calcium Magnesium and Omega 3 Fish Oil to ensure your body is getting what it needs to function at its best. Share the Gospel. It is what we are here on earth to do. Make it a priority this year to share the Good News and show your concern for the spiritual welfare of those you come in contact with.
